Upon completion of the pre-move survey, we will prepare a door to door proposal in a timely, professional format. Our proposal will include detailed information about the services we provide, the timing, the routing, and the destination customs requirements. Our proposal will be complete, with no hidden costs, and guaranteed.

On the scheduled day of packing, our specialists will arrive at your residence prepared to pack and crate your precious belongings for safe transit around the world. Only the finest quality materials are used, including bubble wrap, styrofoam sheets, cushion pads, cardboard sheets, wardrobe cartons, and various size cartons. Special crates are made for your fragile items.

Packing is the very important part of moving process. Transporting fragile articles and delicate items need professional packing. All our packers are full time professionals. A crew consists of an English speaking supervisor and professional packers. Our experienced and trained crew will pack your belongings professionally, wrap furniture and appliances using latest high quality international standard packing material. Items requiring special care are packed in made to measure wooden cases.

For those belongings which you will need as soon as possible in your new environment, we will select only reputable, cost effective airlines. Air shipment is relatively expensive and based on a volumetric weight or the actual weight whichever is greater. Tri-wall cardboard cases are used for optimum protection and minimizing air freight charges. Cost efficient, safer routings are ongoing objectives at FTC.

Sea Freight is a cost-effective way of sending your shipment overseas. The bulk of your belongings will travel by ship to your destination country. Again only reputable, cost effective Steamship Lines are selected. Again, cost efficiency and safe routes are our aim.

Shipped by 20' & 40' containers for sole use. The process to send a full container load is relatively simple. After packing is completed, shipment will be loaded into the container, sealed and sent to Port. No other cargo is co-loaded with your shipment.

Shipment is placed in wooden liftvans for optimum protection. Feasible for shipments less than 500 cubic feet depending upon the destination. Shipment is sent to LCL cargo handling warehouse and co-loaded with cargo bound for same destination.

Shipment will be packed and brought back to our warehouse and shipped in one of our groupage containers. This means that your consignment is shipped together with other shipments of household effects which are bound for the same destination. Groupage is very cost effective but transit times are longer. We offer a regular groupage service to popular destinations worldwide.

When your belongings arrive in the destination country, our selected moving professionals there will be responsible for customs clearance and delivery to your residence. Throughout Asia, our own office will handle the delivery. In Australia, Europe and USA, our liaison office will ensure that our partner agent treats your belongings as if we were handling them ourselves.

We have employed a simple internet tracking program through our website. You are able to obtain the current status of your shipment, including packing date, departure date from your country of origin, arrival date in your destination country, delivery date and storage dates if applicable. You simply enter your tracking number onto the screen and press enter.

All risk transit insurance is available for door to door protection. Coverage commences when we begin packing and remains in effect until unpacking is completed in your new home. Your insurance premium is calculated as percentage of your declared value. An itemized inventory is necessary to activate transit cover.
